Terms of Service

Draft — not yet reviewed. This document is a placeholder awaiting legal review.

1. Booking and confirmation

Submitting a registration form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your seat is reserved only once an advisor has confirmed availability and payment has been received. Capacity is limited and differs by branch.

2. Pricing

Prices are set in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Amounts shown in USD are indicative and depend on the exchange rate at the date of payment. Early-bird rates apply only until the stated deadline.

3. Cancellations and refunds

  • Cancel more than 14 days before the start date: full refund.
  • Cancel within 14 days: your seat is transferred to the next running of the same programme at any branch, rather than refunded, as materials are already allocated.
  • Non-attendance without notice: no refund or transfer.
  • If CEC cancels or reschedules a programme, you may take the new date or receive a full refund.

►► CLIENT: confirm these terms match your actual practice — they are currently stated identically on the FAQ and course pages.

4. Certificates

Certificates and CPD hours are issued on completion of a programme and satisfaction of its assessment criteria. Partial attendance does not qualify. See Certification & CPD.

5. Conduct and safety

Participants must follow branch safety and infection-control procedures at all times. We may exclude, without refund, anyone whose conduct endangers others.

6. Clinical responsibility

Our programmes are continuing education. They do not confer specialist status or authority to practise beyond your existing registration and competence. You remain responsible for your own clinical decisions.

7. Photography

We photograph course sessions for our website and social media. Tell the branch team at registration if you prefer not to appear. Clinical images of patients are published only with documented patient consent.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. ►► CLIENT: confirm with your lawyer.
